Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Peter Olsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Per-Erik Fribäck scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ronny Pil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peter Olsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 11th minute, Hampus Gulliksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conny Blomqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, Åryd's Hampus Gulliksson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Conny Blomqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Avesta RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Björkdahl to maneuver through the defense. Åryd's Ingvar Helström suffered a sore thigh after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Emil Isaksson's late challenge caught a Åryd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Isaksson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Avesta RK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Emil Isaksson hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Hampus Gulliksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åryd's supporters rose to their feet, but Hampus Gulliksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conny Blomqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the match, Åryd's goal looked a bit too open when Christopher Björkdahl came free, but Ronny Pil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Avesta RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Erik Gustafsson to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the game, Peter Olsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Åryd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Avesta RK the free kick. In the 33rd match minute, Åryd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Olsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute of the match Evert Elg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronny Pil skillfully saved the ball. Hampus Gulliksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Conny Blomqvist made a huge save. When Emil Isaksson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. The supporters of Åryd booed when Avesta RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hampus Gulliksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Blomqvist having to interfere. Per-Erik Fribäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ronny Pil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronny Pil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Avesta RK's goalkeeper Conny Blomqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ronny Pil made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Per-Erik Fribäck sent off a good shot on target. Per-Erik Fribäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ronny Pil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avesta RK's Per-Erik Fribäck got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per-Erik Fribäck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Per-Erik Fribäck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ronny Pil. That made the score 1-3 in the 64 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Avesta RK's Jan-Erik Gustafsson got a free kick in the 67th minute. Conny Blomqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Ahlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Christopher Björkdahl got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 80th minute Evert Elg managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Per-Erik Fribäck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ronny Pil. Åryd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Erik Fribäck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Åryd's Kasper Ahlin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Olle Willig in the 85 minute of the game. In the 87th minute, Hampus Gulliksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronny Pil made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Per-Erik Fribäck sent off a good shot on target. Per-Erik Fribäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ronny Pil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
