Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Uno Alén started the match with the kick off. Alfons Qvalfeldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 4th minute Martin Gustavsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klas Hansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 9 minutes, Mikael Hjeltman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Hjeltman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 11 minutes, Alfons Qvalfeldt made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. MALMÖ CITY FC's Timmy Skog tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. MALMÖ CITY FC's Timmy Skog proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save MALMÖ CITY FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, MALMÖ CITY FC's Uno Alén got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hampus Berglund in the 24th minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Klas Hansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timmy Skog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Hjeltman in the 35th minute of play. If Benjamin Söderqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikael Hjeltman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Alfons Qvalfeldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Timmy Skog. MALMÖ CITY FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfons Qvalfeldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Mattias Vennerlund's late challenge caught a MALMÖ CITY FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mattias Vennerlund helped the player get up and apologised. Mattias Vennerlund hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Hampus Berglund took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Klas Hansson. Klas Hansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 56th minute, Martin Gustavsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MALMÖ CITY FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Hampus Berglund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Klas Hansson made a huge save. In the 60th match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orvar Söderström to maneuver through the defense. Calle Billvall took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Klas Hansson. Manchester United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mikael Hjeltman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Timmy Skog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikael Hjeltman in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timmy Skog saved MALMÖ CITY FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Qvalfeldt in the 75th minute of play forced MALMÖ CITY FC's goalkeeper Timmy Skog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76thth minute of the game Alfons Qvalfeldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MALMÖ CITY FC's Timmy Skog was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Mikael Hjeltman came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Manchester United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Hjeltman couldn't finish the play. Mikael Hjeltman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timmy Skog having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Alfons Qvalfeldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Timmy Skog was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 91 minutes into the match, MALMÖ CITY FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Hjeltman came free, but Timmy Skog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
