Karl Sundberg started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Christopher Hammarberg sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Eric Björk threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Christopher Hammarberg this time. After 7 played minutes John Alkvist rounded Lannavaara BK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl Sundberg in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eric Björk saved Lannavaara BK from getting behind. Lannavaara BK's Eric Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Christoffersson in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Holger Västerstrand cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Guido Nel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute of the match Christopher Hammarberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eric Björk skillfully saved the ball. After 25 played minutes, Foo Fighters's Christopher Hammarberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eric Björk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Foo Fighters reached it. If Joppe Maes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute of the match Christopher Hammarberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eric Björk skillfully saved the ball. Karl Sundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes in the game, Karl Sundberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eric Björk having to interfere. Lannavaara BK's Eric Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Alkvist in the 41st minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wiktor Bålström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, John Alkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foo Fighters's supporters rose to their feet, but John Alkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Björk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute of the match Christopher Hammarberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eric Björk skillfully saved the ball. Eric Björk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joppe Maes in the 70th minute of play. Arman Drewitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Guido Nel made a huge save. If Joppe Maes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 88 minutes into the game, Per Asserlindh cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Eric Björk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
