Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Billy Eklund got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute of the match Bengt-Rune Blanck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charles Skager skillfully saved the ball. If Billy Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute Wilhelm Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Skager saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roy Salqvist in the 11th minute of play forced Midyat FC's goalkeeper Charles Skager to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carl Hammarbäck during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Traian Apetroaiei fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Midyat FC's protests and gave Traian Apetroaiei a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Midyat FC's Traian Apetroaiei got a free kick in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Midyat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Salqvist came free, but Charles Skager reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Skager showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilhelm Hansson in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Midyat FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Marcus Lönn hit a great ball. Wilhelm Hansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Charles Skager tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charles Skager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Vibjörnsson in the 41st minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Roy Salqvist made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Askestät in the 52nd minute of play forced Midyat FC's goalkeeper Charles Skager to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Midyat FC's Patrik Ström got a free kick in the 55th minute. Charles Skager made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bengt-Rune Blanck in the 56th minute. When Albin Broberg fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Midyat FC's protests and gave Albin Broberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute Birger Vibjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Skager saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birger Vibjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Skager was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Christopher Salkvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christopher Salkvist really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. A collision led to Alingsås FF getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Bengt-Rune Blanck hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the game, Alingsås FF's Bertil Askestät nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charles Skager made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 96th minute, Bengt-Rune Blanck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alingsås FF played a much better game than Midyat FC and deserved their victory. The Midyat FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
