Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Erik Andersson got the match started through his kick off. If Hubert Haström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 played minutes Tellus Stars got a freekick which was hit by Börje Smefeldt. In the 20th minute, Karl-Ove Gallberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Svanström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Erik Andersson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simon Klack came out and tried to block the shot, but Erik Andersson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 23rd minute. Simon Klack was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Erik Andersson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erik Andersson really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. When Tellus Stars's Karl-Ove Gallberg in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Årjäng's goalie prevented a goal. Jonas Svanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Ove Gallberg in the 36th minute of play. When Karl-Ove Gallberg came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Tellus Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Ove Gallberg couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Tellus Stars getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Simon Rolfsson hit a great ball. Edmund Drewitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tellus Stars's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Johnny Skog scored to the left of an out of position Simon Klack, making the score, 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Ove Gallberg to make the kick off. Karl-Ove Gallberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ian Stenkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Börje Smefeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Svanström having to interfere. Erik Andersson took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Klack. Simon Klack dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 85th minute, Karl-Ove Gallberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 95 minutes, Karl-Ove Gallberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tellus Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Ove Gallberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Årjäng support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
