Herbert Alberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Holmstedt having to interfere. Herbert Alberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Resby IF defense, Herbert Alberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Axel Holmstedt. The Resby IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Axel Holmstedt should have stopped the shot. Herbert Alberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Holmstedt having to interfere. Johannes Rudkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Per Blomkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Höganäs BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Tunander to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herbert Alberg made a kick off. Johannes Rudkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Per Blomkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Johannes Rudkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 minutes of play, Resby IF's Sixten Granqvist made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Per Blomkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 69 played minutes Höganäs BK got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Lundin. In the 77th match minute, Höganäs BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Barck to maneuver through the defense. Georg Termander didn't quite understand what happened when in the 79 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 81st minute, Johannes Rudkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 1-2 became the score in the 85th minute when Herbert Alberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Rudkvist in the 92nd minute of play forced Höganäs BK's goalkeeper Per Blomkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ian Vibjörnsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Axel Holmstedt having to make a save. Herbert Alberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Holmstedt having to interfere. Adrian Björkdal charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Björkdal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Adrian Björkdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by Resby IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Linus Kjellberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Höganäs BK's players had a chance to rest. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Höganäs BK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
