Leonides Jerold started the match with the kick off. Fredric Lundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvar Salkvist in the 4th minute of play. Herbert Gustavsson lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, sevilla's Herbert Gustavsson got a free kick in the 8th minute. Fredric Lundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christer Lind in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, sevilla's Allan Jansson got control of the ball when Leonides Jerold tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Östen Blomberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sjulsmark FK's Fredric Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radowit Pincoski in the 27th minute of play. Radowit Pincoski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Janusz Nocny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sjulsmark FK's Fredric Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radowit Pincoski in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The supporters of sevilla booed when Sjulsmark FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leszek Skrzypek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christer Lind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the game, Jonatan Askestät was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. sevilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sjulsmark FK the free kick. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sjulsmark FK fully deserved thier win.
