The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Sidensjö FF's goal looked a bit too open when Tor Utter came free, but Edvin Ugla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Aguilera succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 13th playminute. Edvin Ugla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Siöberg in the 16th minute of the match. Edvin Ugla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wictor Pedersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Aguilera to strike the kick off in the second half. Edvin Ugla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Unesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54thth minute of the game Wictor Pedersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sidensjö FF's Edvin Ugla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tom Åhlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Nils-Åke Lönn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee ignored Sidensjö FF's protests and gave Ernst Esbjörnsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Sidensjö FF got a freekick which was hit by Ernst Esbjörnsson. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Tor Utter got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 70th minute Wictor Pedersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Ugla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidensjö FF were furious when Tzanko Albachki was red carded, 72 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 73rd match minute, Bohus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Svartengren to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sidensjö FF's Kristian Malmgren got a free kick in the 93rd minute. John Unesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bohus were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
