The supporters of DIF Fotboll booed when Lillbohunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olof Eliasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Oscar Ekeberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Örjan Fors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sebastian Göransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markus Tingelholm having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Lennart Liljeström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DIF Fotboll fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Lennart Liljeström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lillbohunters's Sebastian Göransson got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to DIF Fotboll getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Olof Eliasson hit a great ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Alvar Hylander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lillbohunters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvar Hylander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st match minute, DIF Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Eliasson to maneuver through the defense. Nils-Erik Hegg was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Örjan Fors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DIF Fotboll played a much better game than Lillbohunters and deserved their victory. The Lillbohunters players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
