The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimmie Ödmann got free with Erland Borre in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 1-0 became the score in the 26th minute when Jimmie Ödmann elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Moskosel IF's Victor Nilsson got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 32 played minutes Moskosel IF got a freekick which was hit by Bengt Wahlström. Filiph Eliasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sösdala getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Valter Linquist hit a great ball. Jan Falkrantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valter Linquist in the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Sigvard Rosendal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sösdala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moskosel IF the free kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Sösdala's zone, Gösta Tidéksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erland Borre came out of the goal and Gösta Tidéksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erland Borre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Tidéksson in the 55th minute of play. After 55 minutes of play Sösdala's Sigvard Rosendal was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmie Ödmann in the 63rd minute of play forced Sösdala's goalkeeper Erland Borre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sösdala's goalkeeper Erland Borre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Filiph Eliasson struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Jan Falkrantz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sösdala. Erland Borre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gösta Tidéksson's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Jimmie Ödmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jimmie Ödmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
