Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Philip Högman made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute, Mikael Dahlberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Per Rudqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 8th minute, Mikael Dahlberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Philip Högman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Johan Kvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Robert Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Robert Holmgren made a precise shot to the right of Per Rudqvist. Charlies änglar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. HV72's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Philip Högman 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Nils-Erik Lundgren scored 3-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johan Kvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Philip Högman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charlies änglar's supporters rose to their feet, but Philip Högman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johan Kvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Philip Högman in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johan Kvist saved HV72 from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mikael Dahlberg made a kick off. HV72's Robert Holmgren got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Robert Holmgren notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Charlies änglar's Per Rudqvist. Per Rudqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mikael Dahlberg struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Per Rudqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HV72. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 3-4 when Robert Holmgren sped through Charlies änglar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Per Rudqvist. Nils-Erik Lundgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Johan Kvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Erik Lundgren in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Nils-Erik Lundgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Kvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, HV72's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Högman came free, but Johan Kvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Oskar Gustafsson during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 97th match minute, HV72 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Oskar Gustafsson to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Charlies änglar's Tor Blanck tried to score from far away in the 98th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the match was over HV72 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Charlies änglar throughout the match.
