Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nils-Erik Kiempe kicked off to start the match. Kovland's Nils-Erik Kiempe got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jörn Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Simon Vollander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Vollander didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Skokloster Rockers's Dan Ståhlberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kovland's zone, Dan Ståhlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Vollander came out of the goal and Dan Ståhlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jörn Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Ståhlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Ståhlberg in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Vollander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jörn Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Ståhlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Vollander having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Kovland got a freekick which was hit by Dick Lidman. After a defensive mix-up in Kovland's zone, Dan Ståhlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Vollander came out of the goal and Dan Ståhlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Skokloster Rockers's Sven-Ove Asklund got a free kick in the 38th minute. Jörn Persson might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Vollander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jörn Persson ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dan Ståhlberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Dick Lidman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Överman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kovland's Börje Mattsson got a free kick in the 57th minute. 58 minutes in the game Sebastian Askestät got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Jörn Persson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jörn Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Simon Vollander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jörn Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th play minute Jörn Persson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Simon Vollander. 0-2. Jens-Åke Överman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Beck, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Jens-Åke Överman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Kiempe in the 82nd minute of the match. Dan Ståhlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Simon Vollander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes, Kovland's Börje Mattsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jens-Åke Överman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kovland reached it. If Nils-Erik Kiempe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Åke Överman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Erik Kiempe in the 96th minute of play. Skokloster Rockers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
