Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Sunne's zone, Rickard Andersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Forsman came out of the goal and Rickard Andersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiph Brun in the 10th minute of play forced Sunne's goalkeeper Karl Forsman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leif Hafström came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Sunne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Hafström couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evert Valler got free with Ludwig Åkesson in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Filiph Brun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Furudal IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 28th minute, Torsten Almkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Filiph Brun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Forsman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Evert Valler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 39 minutes into the game, Kjell-Arne Browall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sunne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Furudal IF the free kick. Leif Hafström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Åkesson having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Torgny Säv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Furudal IF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filiph Brun to make the kick off. The supporters of Sunne booed when Furudal IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torgny Säv didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Sunne's Sakarias Wallmark tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Evert Valler came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Sunne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Valler couldn't finish the play. Karl Forsman made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Rickard Andersson sent off a good shot on target. If Leif Hafström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Sunne's Evert Valler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ludwig Åkesson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leif Hafström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ludwig Åkesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ludwig Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Hafström in the 86th minute of the match. Furudal IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leif Hafström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After having played for 96 minutes, Rickard Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furudal IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rickard Andersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sunne were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
