An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Ivarsson in the 14th minute of play forced Gammelstad FK's goalkeeper Oskar Hedling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Oliver Biörkquist came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Gammelstad FK fans jumped to their feet. Oskar Hedling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernst Hjortberg's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Oskar Hedling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernst Hjortberg went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Roy Vallin made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Oliver Biörkquist sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Dikanäs's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Ahlbeck came free, but Roy Vallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikael Kilstedt tried in the game's 39th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Roy Vallin. An annoying self made goal, 1-2. After the first half Dikanäs were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Holger Ivarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskar Hedling having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Dikanäs's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Ahlbeck came free, but Roy Vallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernst Hjortberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Oskar Hedling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Holger Ivarsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oskar Hedling was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the game, Ernst Hjortberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Oskar Hedling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gammelstad FK's Niklas Ahlbeck got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Oliver Biörkquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gammelstad FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Biörkquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roy Vallin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oskar Hedling was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Holger Ivarsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 77 minute of play. Holger Ivarsson's late challenge caught a Gammelstad FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Holger Ivarsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Dikanäs's Holger Ivarsson got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Biörkquist in the 84th minute of play forced Dikanäs's goalkeeper Roy Vallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jarl Alebom kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Ernst Hjortberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dikanäs's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
