Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Linus Wiman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Anthon Gabrielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Nordin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Forshaga's zone, Anthon Gabrielsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Nordin came out of the goal and Anthon Gabrielsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Holger Albäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Roger Nordin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14thth minute of the game Linus Wiman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Västerhaninge RK's Elliot Mogren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nils-Emil Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Elliot Mogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Västerhaninge RK's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Wiman came free, but Elliot Mogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nils-Emil Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eskil Forss kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Forshaga's goalkeeper Roger Nordin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roger Nordin made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Anthon Gabrielsson sent off a good shot on target. Västerhaninge RK's Holger Albäck got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Forshaga getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Eskil Forss hit a great ball. Forshaga's Roger Nordin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holger Albäck in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anthon Gabrielsson got free with Roger Nordin in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Forshaga's Roger Nordin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Forshaga from getting a goal against them.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Holger Albäck was the one to do the kick off. Forshaga's Nils-Emil Jansson got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Västerhaninge RK getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Fredrik Kjellbom hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Holger Albäck in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Nordin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Linus Wiman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elliot Mogren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 71st minute, Forshaga's Linus Wiman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. 77 minutes into the game, Eskil Forss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Forshaga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Västerhaninge RK the free kick. After 77 played minutes Forshaga got a freekick which was hit by Eskil Forss. Västerhaninge RK's Anthon Gabrielsson got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Holger Albäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
