Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edvin Stenquist made the kick off which started today's match. Ulf Häll recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulf Häll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Ove Söder having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvald Örtendahl in the 8th minute of play forced Uppsala's goalkeeper Karl-Ove Söder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osvald Örtendahl took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Ove Söder. Karl-Ove Söder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvald Örtendahl in the 14th minute of play forced Uppsala's goalkeeper Karl-Ove Söder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Ove Söder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvald Örtendahl in the 17th minute of play. Skövde's Osvald Örtendahl got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Uppsala's Hans Mellberg got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Per-Oskar Magnusson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Osvald Örtendahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute Osvald Örtendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Ove Söder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Per-Oskar Magnusson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osvald Örtendahl made a kick off. After 59 played minutes Uppsala got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Björklund. Patrik Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 played minutes Uppsala got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Stenquist. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Ulf Häll got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 87th match minute, Skövde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt Bogren to maneuver through the defense. If Osvald Örtendahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Ove Söder made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Ulf Häll sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timmy Nilsson during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Karl-Ove Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvald Örtendahl in the 99th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
