The supporters of Fällfors FK booed when Mjöbäck IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Björklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Fällfors FK booed when Mjöbäck IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erling Håkansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niklas Brogren in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lennart Nyström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Carl Strömberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mjöbäck IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Carl Strömberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven Bengtsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lennart Nyström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niklas Brogren went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Fällfors FK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jens-Ola Melberg hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Mjöbäck IFK's Jesper Widberg tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Edvard Wallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Bengtsson having to interfere. After 40 minutes, Allan Bergström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fällfors FK and the Mjöbäck IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Niklas Brogren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Beck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Leif Holmgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After some careless play in the Mjöbäck IFK defense, Niklas Brogren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lennart Nyström. The Mjöbäck IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lennart Nyström should have stopped the shot. Mjöbäck IFK's Lennart Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Beck in the 87th minute of play. Lennart Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Beck, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fällfors FK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
