Jan-Olof Pettersson's late challenge caught a Lönneberga FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lönneberga FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pajala the free kick. A collision led to Lönneberga FF getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Viktor Näver hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oskar Matsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Malcolm Jelm took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inge Vallgren. Inge Vallgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 56th minute, Herbert Nordin had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Jerry Anselius fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lönneberga FF's protests and gave Jerry Anselius a yellow card for diving instead. Jerry Anselius hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
