The penalty shot was made by Timmy Bryngelsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kvibille IK's Jonas Wester. 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Inge Vallgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 19th minute Ulf Stigsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Wester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kvibille IK's goalkeeper Jonas Wester, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Herbert Nordin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mattias Karlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulf Stigsson to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Herbert Nordin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pajala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Nordin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kvibille IK's Jonas Wester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Stigsson in the 58th minute of play. Jonas Wester acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcus Hedbom. Inge Vallgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tord Ekerot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Nordin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Wester having to interfere.
