Karl-Åke Fernström came out of the goal and Marc Malmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl-Åke Fernström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viggo Hedkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lennart Vestlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Leonard Arvidsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arvid Enström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Östmark FF's Jon Brolin got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Arvid Enström came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Bjurholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arvid Enström couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arvid Enström was the one to do the kick off. When Östmark FF's Erland Dahlqvist in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bjurholm's goalie prevented a goal. When Åke Vallander fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Östmark FF's protests and gave Åke Vallander a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th match minute, Östmark FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Vallander to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Östmark FF's Karl-Åke Fernström got control of the ball when Marc Malmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lennart Vestlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonard Arvidsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Karl-Magnus Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Marc Malmgren was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Bjurholm's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Östmark FF's Karl-Åke Fernström got control of the ball when Marc Malmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line.
