Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Per Odén kicked off to start the match. Roger Dalgren kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Kent Caspersson took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stig Ahlrot. Stig Ahlrot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Linus Asserlind lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hofors BF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! 14 minutes into the game, Nils Olsman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grangärde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hofors BF the free kick. In the 18thth minute of the game Kent Caspersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grangärde's Stig Ahlrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Grangärde defense, Kennet Hedlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stig Ahlrot. The Grangärde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stig Ahlrot should have stopped the shot. If Albert Rosin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Rosin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Håkan Stolpe having to interfere. Kent Caspersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Ahlrot having to interfere. Mikael Björkdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Hofors BF's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Njurenius came free, but Håkan Stolpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Arvin Lindmark fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hofors BF's protests and gave Arvin Lindmark a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Grangärde booed when Hofors BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvin Lindmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig Ahlrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Caspersson in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Hofors BF were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Birger Njurenius made a kick off. Birger Njurenius struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Håkan Stolpe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grangärde. Albert Rosin took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Håkan Stolpe. Håkan Stolpe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 62 minutes into the match, Hofors BF's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Njurenius came free, but Håkan Stolpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per Odén during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hofors BF! In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Grangärde. Filiph Stensson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Håkan Stolpe. 2-2. Stig Ahlrot made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Kent Caspersson sent off a good shot on target. Håkan Stolpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Olsman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Grangärde's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kent Caspersson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Eric Kihlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Birger Njurenius put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Håkan Stolpe. Roger Dalgren charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Dalgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Roger Dalgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils Olsman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grangärde's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
