An unexpectedly hard shot by George Markusson in the 31st minute of play forced Huddinge RK's goalkeeper Hannes Hägglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, one of Huddinge RK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Huddinge RK. Calle Hedlund shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 39 minutes into the match, Huddinge RK's goal looked a bit too open when George Markusson came free, but Hannes Hägglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Stocka RK booed when Huddinge RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arman Brovall didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Stocka RK's corner Calle Hedlund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hannes Hägglund quite easily take care of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Huddinge RK's goalkeeper Hannes Hägglund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fredrik Helberg. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and George Markusson made a kick off. Huddinge RK's Hannes Hägglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Helberg in the 54th minute of play. Fredrik Helberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hannes Hägglund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Edmund Löfgren's late challenge caught a Stocka RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmund Löfgren helped the player get up and apologised. 60 minutes into the game, one of Huddinge RK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Stocka RK a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Calle Hedlund, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Huddinge RK's Hannes Hägglund. 1-0. George Markusson hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Jimmie Björkdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertil Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Lindqvist in the 67th minute of the match. Hannes Hägglund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George Markusson's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Hannes Hägglund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fredrik Helberg went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute, Jimmie Björkdahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. George Markusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Osvald Bergstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stocka RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huddinge RK the free kick. Osvald Bergstedt hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If George Markusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Stocka RK had won after a very even match.
