With an all-out effort, Råda RK's Mark Hjelm threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sören Lingren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ånge's Mark Hjelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Lingren in the 26th minute of play. In the last second Mark Hjelm throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sören Lingren in the 31stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. William Biörnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Vassenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Staffan Björling hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Fredrik Simonsson fired a really elegant long shot, but Mark Hjelm threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sören Lingren made a kick off. A collision led to Råda RK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Fredrik Simonsson hit a great ball. 54 minutes in the game Nicklas Back got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Jörn Vassenius got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Douglas Hybbert during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ånge booed when Råda RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Hybbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Maximilian Lundblad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but William Biörnberg was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. When Douglas Hybbert was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. After a defensive mix-up in Ånge's zone, Sören Lingren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Hjelm came out of the goal and Sören Lingren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Ånge's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Galle came free, but Mark Hjelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Galle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th match minute, Råda RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sören Lingren to maneuver through the defense. If Maximilian Lundblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. William Biörnberg was a little too slow when Maximilian Lundblad got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-1. Maximilian Lundblad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ånge walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
