Conny Alegren struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Fritz Stenström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tänndalen IK. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonny Bergfelt to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play Tänndalen IK's Ralf Eklund was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Harald Ivarsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out.
