Folke Palm got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Stig Berggren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Einar Österlund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Dusett in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henric Hjeltman saved Östra Ämtervik IF from getting behind. Einar Österlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig Berggren in the 94th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
