Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frank Åkesson took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Aaron Stenström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Rosén in the 7th minute of play forced Vartofta's goalkeeper Erik Engman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukas Lång kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Vartofta got a freekick which was hit by Roger Brovall. Erik Engman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Stenström, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Frank Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henry Rosén charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Rosén the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henry Rosén hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Karl-Magnus Blomqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kjell Sjöö. Loftahammar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henry Rosén stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Loftahammar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Frank Åkesson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kjell Sjöö made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Åkesson in the 56th minute. Aaron Stenström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Engman having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vartofta's zone, Henry Rosén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Engman came out of the goal and Henry Rosén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 61 minutes, Lukas Lång mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vartofta and the Loftahammar players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vartofta's Lukas Lång got a free kick in the 61st minute. If Aaron Stenström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute Aaron Stenström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Engman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Edgar Molander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Engman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Aaron Stenström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Patrik Andersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Algot Blom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the game, one of Loftahammar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Kjell Sjöö, was totally fooled by Vartofta's Patrik Andersson, who 90 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Henry Rosén came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Loftahammar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Rosén couldn't finish the play. Loftahammar's Kjell Sjöö proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Loftahammar from getting a goal against them. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Loftahammar had played much better football throughout.
