Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jonstorp's Ralf Tomasson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4thth minute of the game Sten Valström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jonstorp's Wilhelm Strömberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gustav Mikaelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Stensson having to interfere. When Ralf Tomasson came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Jonstorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Tomasson couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Rydöbruk IF's Georg Stensson got control of the ball when Gustav Mikaelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, Sten Valström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rydöbruk IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sten Valström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leif Fågel's late challenge caught a Rydöbruk IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leif Fågel helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Jonstorp got a freekick which was hit by Leif Fågel. Wilhelm Strömberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Valström in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Rydöbruk IF booed when Jonstorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magne Möllgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Georg Stensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Tomasson in the 41st minute of the match. Gustav Mikaelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
