Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frans Hjortberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sören Nordstedt in the 7th minute of play forced Älvsbyn IK's goalkeeper Bengt Tingberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Slutarp booed when Älvsbyn IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Aron Aronsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt Tingberg came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Slutarp's Sören Nordstedt. But to his dismay, Sören Nordstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Aron Aronsson charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aron Aronsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aron Aronsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frans Hjortberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Anselius having to interfere. Staffan Anselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frans Hjortberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Fritz Martinsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sören Nordstedt made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Älvsbyn IK's goalkeeper Bengt Tingberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Slutarp's zone, Aron Aronsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Staffan Anselius came out of the goal and Aron Aronsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute Frans Hjortberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Staffan Anselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Nordstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Tingberg having to interfere. Frans Hjortberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Slutarp's zone, Frans Hjortberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Staffan Anselius came out of the goal and Frans Hjortberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the match, Älvsbyn IK's goalkeeper Bengt Tingberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fritz Martinsson. Fritz Martinsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt Tingberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fritz Martinsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Bengt Tingberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Nordstedt in the 73rd minute of the match. Älvsbyn IK's Bengt Tingberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Älvsbyn IK from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Aron Aronsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Älvsbyn IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Aron Aronsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Staffan Anselius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jarl Ahlqvist fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slutarp's protests and gave Jarl Ahlqvist a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Älvsbyn IK booed when Slutarp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Ahlqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nils-Erik Glad kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Staffan Anselius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frans Hjortberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Slutarp eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
