Roger Hult did an outstanding performance 32 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-1 to the right of an irritated Anton Ekerot in the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Oskar Josefsson in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulrik Lundqvist saved Bovallstrand from getting behind. If Per-Oskar Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kent Samuelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ulrik Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sture Pilberg made a kick off. The supporters of Bovallstrand booed when Broaryd BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svante Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Sture Pilberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bovallstrand's supporters rose to their feet, but Sture Pilberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Ekerot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Sture Pilberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Anton Ekerot to make any attempt to save it. Valentin Dahlkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Sture Pilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute.
