Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Samuelsson in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kasper Nordström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eric Alströmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leif Nordström got free with Anton Ekerot in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, Lidhult's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Samuelsson came free, but Kasper Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Per-Oskar Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Kent Samuelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Broaryd BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Samuelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kasper Nordström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kasper Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Samuelsson in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Per-Oskar Josefsson made the kick off in the second half. Per-Oskar Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Nordström having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kent Samuelsson got free with Kasper Nordström in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
