Rolf Sjöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esbjörn Bengtsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verner Torsberg having to interfere. When Harlösa BK's Edvard Andberg in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Almunge's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edvard Andberg in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Verner Torsberg saved Almunge from getting behind. In the 16th match minute, Almunge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Ahlerot to maneuver through the defense. Christian Mager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolf Sjöberg having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Edvard Andberg made the kick off in the second half. Harlösa BK's Rolf Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Hydén in the 55th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Harlösa BK's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Hydén came free, but Rolf Sjöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolf Sjöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Mager, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Almunge's Christian Mager pulled a muscle in his leg after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Bo Hafström charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bo Hafström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Harlösa BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Almunge:s goal. 72 minutes into the game, Kurt Hydén cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rolf Sjöberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the match, Edvard Andberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Verner Torsberg. Almunge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edvard Andberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 91 minutes, Kurt Hydén made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Harlösa BK's Rolf Sjöberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Almunge getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bernt Nordkvist hit a great ball. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by Almunge's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lennart Hedling was slow to take the kick. During this time Harlösa BK's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Lennart Hedling got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Verner Torsberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Harlösa BK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Almunge.
