Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tony Hernström took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jarl Gabrielsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Morgan Hansson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anders Hydén came out and tried to block the shot, but Morgan Hansson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. In the 14th minute, Freddie Sandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Tony Hernström put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lars Kilstedt. Jarl Gabrielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Anders Hydén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Fliseryd IK's goal looked a bit too open when Morgan Hansson came free, but Anders Hydén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes, Nils Gustavsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fliseryd IK and the Surahammar RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Fliseryd IK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Nils Gustavsson hit a great ball. Morgan Hansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Surahammar RK booed when Fliseryd IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Käller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fliseryd IK's Anders Hydén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morgan Hansson in the 37th minute of play. Jarl Gabrielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Anders Hydén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Tony Hernström made a precise shot to the right of Lars Kilstedt. Surahammar RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Morgan Hansson to strike the kick off in the second half. Jarl Gabrielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Hydén having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Jarl Gabrielsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fliseryd IK's goalkeeper Anders Hydén, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anders Hydén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarl Gabrielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Tony Hernström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lars Kilstedt came out and tried to block the shot, but Tony Hernström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 73rd minute. If Tony Hernström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarl Gabrielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Hydén having to interfere. In the 84th match minute, Surahammar RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Gabrielsson to maneuver through the defense. If Morgan Hansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarl Gabrielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Hydén having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Morgan Hansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anders Hydén was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3.
