With a little luck, Långträsk BF's Börje Backlund got control of the ball when Stig-Åke Jespersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Skorped fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Långträsk BF a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nils Skager, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Skorped's Johan Hedlund. 0-1. Johan Hedlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes, Magnus Mogren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skorped and the Långträsk BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Skorped's Magnus Mogren got a free kick in the 17th minute. Leonard Backlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börje Backlund having to interfere. Börje Backlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Backlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johan Hedlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Håkansson's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, John Håkansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johan Hedlund. Skorped's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John Håkansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Leonard Backlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Börje Backlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonard Backlund to make the kick off. John Håkanssons short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Johan Hedlund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leonard Backlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Backlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65 minutes, Torbjörn Igelström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Långträsk BF and the Skorped players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Skorped getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Edvard Ahlroht hit a great ball. If John Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magnus Mogren in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Börje Backlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Börje Backlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Backlund in the 86th minute of play. Johan Hedlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Andersson in the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Skorped's Magnus Mogren got a free kick in the 89th minute. Långträsk BF's Börje Backlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Backlund in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Leonard Backlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97th match minute, Långträsk BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Hökqvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute of the match Leif Fransson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Börje Backlund skillfully saved the ball. The Skorped supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Långträsk BF's performance. The match ended with a win for Långträsk BF.
