Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ingvar Ekegren made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Ingvar Ekegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Hedlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Östman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Johan Hedlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johan Hedlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Ekegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Adrian Östman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingvar Ekegren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johan Hedlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Ingvar Ekegren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Leonard Backlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skorped's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Backlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils Drewitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nils Drewitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Backlund in the 24th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Leonard Backlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gimo IK's Nils Drewitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute, Mark Wennerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gimo IK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Freddie Åberg hit a great ball. Leif Fransson, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Stig-Åke Jespersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Backlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47 minutes of play, Skorped's Stig-Åke Jespersson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils Drewitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Backlund to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Skorped:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gimo IK:s goal. The referee gave Gimo IK a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kent Hedberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Skorped's Johan Hedlund. 1-1. 67 minutes into the match, Gimo IK's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Backlund came free, but Nils Drewitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mark Wennerberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. In the 68th minute, Mark Wennerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Stig-Åke Jespersson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nils Drewitz. Gimo IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig-Åke Jespersson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Edvard Ahlroht hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skorped's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kent Hedberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Gimo IK's players had a chance to rest. Bengt-Åke Norberg kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Gimo IK's Kent Hedberg in action when he in the 79th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After some careless play in the Skorped defense, Adrian Östman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johan Hedlund. The Skorped fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johan Hedlund should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Gimo IK's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Mogren came free, but Nils Drewitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Skorped booed when Gimo IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthon Törnblom didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes, Skorped's Leif Fransson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nils Drewitz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Skorped reached it. Leonard Backlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Drewitz having to interfere. If Anthon Törnblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
