Billy Bergkvist started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Lofsdalen FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sven Benett fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sven Benett struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Birger Blom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burgsvik FF. Bernt Grönberg kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Birger Blom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Eliasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Anton Rudkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lofsdalen FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Rudkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Håkan Tingberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Lofsdalen FK's Daniel Lundström got a free kick in the 18th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Birger Blom successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Rudkvist in the 24th minute of play forced Burgsvik FF's goalkeeper Håkan Tingberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Sven Benett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burgsvik FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Benett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 40 minutes, Robin Martinsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burgsvik FF and the Lofsdalen FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lofsdalen FK booed when Burgsvik FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Kent Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lofsdalen FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Eriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Lofsdalen FK's Anton Rudkvist in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig Eliasson to make the kick off. Anton Rudkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Håkan Tingberg having to make a save. After 57 played minutes Lofsdalen FK got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Jernberg. Birger Blom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Benett in the 58th minute of the match. Andréas Jakobsson hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The supporters of Lofsdalen FK booed when Burgsvik FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Hagström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anton Rudkvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Håkan Tingberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Anton Rudkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Rudkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Håkan Tingberg having to interfere. Billy Bergkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Lofsdalen FK fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Lofsdalen FK's Billy Bergkvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Billy Bergkvist during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lofsdalen FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
