Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Johan Colin kicked off to start the match. Östen Haeger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tor Sundén's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After 7 played minutes Reftele BK got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Ugla. Samuel Bolander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tor Sundén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Erling Persson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sågmyra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Johan Colin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erling Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reftele BK's Samuel Bolander got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rune Engman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Bolander in the 44th minute of the match. The supporters of Reftele BK booed when Sågmyra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Nordin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rune Engman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Bolander in the 49th minute. After the first half Sågmyra were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tor Sundén was the one to do the kick off. Tor Sundén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Östen Haeger having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tor Sundén in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Östen Haeger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erling Persson came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Östen Haeger could save by the left post. 67 minutes into the game, one of Reftele BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 71st minute, Albert Nordin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johan Colin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rune Engman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Sågmyra's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Bolander came free, but Rune Engman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pelle Igelström fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reftele BK's protests and gave Pelle Igelström a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Sågmyra a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dan Jelm, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Reftele BK's Östen Haeger. 0-3. When Tor Sundén came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Sågmyra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tor Sundén couldn't finish the play. Alvin Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Johan Colin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rune Engman having to make a save. Inge Lind recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rune Engman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Colin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sågmyra had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
