The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8thth minute of the game Alfred Giöck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anderslöv BF's Filiph Söderberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sundsvall IFK's Tord Hedkvist shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Filiph Söderberg but with some difficulty. If Alfred Giöck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olle Hydén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Aleksander Söder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute Olle Hydén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Söder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alfred Giöck came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Sundsvall IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Giöck couldn't finish the play. One of Sundsvall IFK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anderslöv BF:s goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sundsvall IFK's zone, Georg Lundblad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aleksander Söder came out of the goal and Georg Lundblad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Anderslöv BF's Filiph Söderberg got control of the ball when Ivan Jonsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Samuel Albäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Anderslöv BF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ivan Jonsson made the kick off in the second half. When Olle Hydén came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Anderslöv BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olle Hydén couldn't finish the play. Olle Hydén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksander Söder having to interfere. Sundsvall IFK's Aleksander Söder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Sundsvall IFK from getting a goal against them. Kurt Skytt hit a great ball. Aleksander Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Albäck in the 72nd minute of the match.
