Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holmön RK's goalkeeper Johannes Gustavsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Torgny Wennerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harry Fogel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torgny Wennerlund's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Staffan Berggren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th match minute, Holmön RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esbjörn Biörkquist to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Ström in the 18th minute of play forced Holmön RK's goalkeeper Johannes Gustavsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Ström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johannes Gustavsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Johannes Gustavsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Jonas Ström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ekeby BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 28 minutes, Torgny Wennerlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holmön RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torgny Wennerlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Wallmark charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Wallmark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexander Wallmark hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Ulf Frykberg struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Harry Fogel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holmön RK. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Ström to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Wennerlund in the 58th minute of play forced Ekeby BK's goalkeeper Harry Fogel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulf Frykberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Fogel having to interfere. When Staffan Berggren came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Ekeby BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Staffan Berggren couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Ekeby BK booed when Holmön RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esbjörn Biörkquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johannes Gustavsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Ström in the 72nd minute of play. Torgny Wennerlund succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 80th minute, Kenny Hagberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the game, Jens-Erik Eskilsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ekeby BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holmön RK the free kick. In the 84th minute, one of Ekeby BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ekeby BK. In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Holmön RK. Patrik Askelöf stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Harry Fogel. 2-1. A collision led to Holmön RK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Esbjörn Biörkquist hit a great ball. Staffan Berggren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens-Erik Eskilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After 97 played minutes, Holmön RK's Patrik Askelöf shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harry Fogel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Holmön RK reached it. Holmön RK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
