Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Valentin Ahlroht made the kick off and thus started the match. Börje Bäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Bäckström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Borlänge's zone, Valentin Ahlroht stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Berg came out of the goal and Valentin Ahlroht tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentin Ahlroht recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Björnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Aaron Olsson made a precise shot to the right of Börje Bäck. Rosenfors FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 25 played minutes Borlänge got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Josefsson. Rosenfors FK's Linus Strömbom shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Richard Berg but with some difficulty. After having played for 36 minutes, Aaron Olsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borlänge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Olsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Henry Bäckström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Björnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Björnsson in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Berg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Richard Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Ahlroht in the 58th minute of play. Börje Bäck came out of the goal and Henry Bäckström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 73 minutes, Börge Albäck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borlänge and the Rosenfors FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Börge Albäck hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Zebastian Asserlind's late challenge caught a Rosenfors FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zebastian Asserlind helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Henry Bäckström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borlänge's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Bäckström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Börje Bäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hugo Hake hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Aaron Olsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Rosenfors FK's goalkeeper Börje Bäck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henry Bäckström. Linus Strömbom charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Linus Strömbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henry Bäckström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borlänge played a much better game than Rosenfors FK and deserved their victory. The Rosenfors FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
