In the 8th minute, Robert Helander made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Zachrisson. Nykroppa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tommy Nyberg kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Adrian Backlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingvar Jakobsson in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Alex Söderström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Zachrisson was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Nykroppa's Stellan Pihlblad got a free kick in the 19th minute. Måns Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Norrahammar IF getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gustaf Strandberg hit a great ball. The supporters of Nykroppa booed when Norrahammar IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvin Hultstrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 minutes, Alex Söderström made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Nykroppa's Daniel Zachrisson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute Alex Söderström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Zachrisson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Måns Bergman made a kick off. Adrian Backlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Hafström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Helander in the 54th minute of play forced Nykroppa's goalkeeper Daniel Zachrisson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nykroppa's Måns Bergman got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 62 minutes, Ingvar Jakobsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nykroppa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingvar Jakobsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67thth minute of the game Ingvar Jakobsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norrahammar IF's Adrian Backlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 68 played minutes Norrahammar IF got a freekick which was hit by Leif Björk. In the 73rd minute Måns Bergman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Backlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Nykroppa's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Helander came free, but Daniel Zachrisson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Söderström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nykroppa's Daniel Zachrisson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Helander in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Norrahammar IF's zone, Måns Bergman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Backlund came out of the goal and Måns Bergman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leif Björk hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingvar Jakobsson in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Backlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Norrahammar IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
