In the 2ndth minute of the game Kent Ekberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hallsberg FF's Patrik Bark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 4th minute, Kent Ekberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan Larsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kent Ekberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Bark having to interfere. A collision led to Bruzaholm getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Harry Åström hit a great ball. Ralf Söderlund kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Herman Högström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Björn Wennerquist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bruzaholm's Björn Wennerquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Håkansson in the 17th minute of play. Anthon Forss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Wennerquist having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Håkansson in the 20th minute of play forced Bruzaholm's goalkeeper Björn Wennerquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bruzaholm's Harry Åström got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute Joseph Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Wennerquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Hallsberg FF's Joseph Håkansson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Björn Wennerquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joseph Håkansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Wennerquist having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hallsberg FF's zone, Kent Ekberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrik Bark came out of the goal and Kent Ekberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute Joseph Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Wennerquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Björn Wennerquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthon Forss, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Jan Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Bark having to interfere. Kent Ekberg succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. After 46 played minutes Bruzaholm got a freekick which was hit by Charles Linqvist. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kent Ekberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrik Bark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Söderlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Bruzaholm's Kent Ekberg in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hallsberg FF's goalie prevented a goal. Patrik Bark didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kent Ekberg went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Joseph Håkansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Wennerquist having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Joseph Håkansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 74 played minutes Bruzaholm got a freekick which was hit by Harry Åström. Hallsberg FF's Anthon Forss got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrik Bark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Ekberg in the 78th minute of play. Anthon Forss's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Björn Wennerquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Bruzaholm's goal looked a bit too open when Anthon Forss came free, but Björn Wennerquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Larsson in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrik Bark saved Hallsberg FF from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Håkansson got free with Björn Wennerquist in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joseph Håkansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute, Kent Ekberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruzaholm's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
