Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Birger Åhman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Ödeborg BK's Stig Fridlund in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Själevad's goalie prevented a goal. 8 minutes into the match, Själevad's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Åke Westerberg came free, but Per Haegg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Ödeborg BK's Stig Fridlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per Haegg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jens-Åke Westerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Haegg having to interfere. With a little luck, Ödeborg BK's Stefan Bengtsson got control of the ball when Ivan Lång tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jimmy Hedkvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Per Haegg. Själevad's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig Fridlund in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per Haegg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jens-Åke Westerberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Per Haegg having to make a save. Ödeborg BK's Stig Fridlund got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per Haegg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Åke Westerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ödeborg BK's zone, Birger Åhman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Bengtsson came out of the goal and Birger Åhman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens-Åke Westerberg to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Lång in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stefan Bengtsson saved Ödeborg BK from getting behind. When Birger Åhman came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Själevad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Åhman couldn't finish the play. Stefan Bengtsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Lång's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birger Åhman in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Bengtsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute Birger Åhman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Bengtsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Själevad's Per Haegg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Åke Westerberg in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Själevad's goalkeeper Per Haegg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stig Fridlund. If Stig Fridlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roland Karlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roland Karlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th match minute, Själevad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Karlberg to maneuver through the defense.
