Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcus Ahlfors started the match with the kick off. Björn Bergfeldt made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Michael Kvist sent off a good shot on target. Marcus Ahlfors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Bergfeldt having to interfere. Joakim Berglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gert Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Berglund in the 16th minute of the match. Georg Friberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gert Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Georg Friberger came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Karungi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Georg Friberger couldn't finish the play. Gert Norberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joakim Berglund's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 29 minutes, Gilbert Sandberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ljungbyholm and the Karungi FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gilbert Sandberg hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Joakim Berglund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gert Norberg. Ljungbyholm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joakim Berglund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 44thth minute of the game Joakim Berglund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ljungbyholm's Gert Norberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Marcus Ahlfors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gert Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Friberger in the 63rd minute of play. Marcus Ahlfors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Björn Bergfeldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Ljungbyholm's Gert Norberg got control of the ball when Joakim Berglund tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Gilbert Sandberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. The supporters of Karungi FK booed when Ljungbyholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Sandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Patrik Eriksson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ljungbyholm's Gert Norberg didn't even have to move. Joakim Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Norberg having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Georg Friberger in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gert Norberg saved Ljungbyholm from getting behind. Alex Stephansson hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes, Kaj Dalström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karungi FK and the Ljungbyholm players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Karungi FK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Kaj Dalström hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Michael Kvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Bergfeldt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Michael Kvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Björn Bergfeldt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Karungi FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
