Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Henning Sikström made the kick off which started today's match. When Slottsbron's Kristoffer Termander in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jönköping's goalie prevented a goal. Slottsbron's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sonny Söderström in the 6th minute. Slottsbron's Sonny Söderström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henry Erserman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Henry Erserman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henning Sikström in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Kristoffer Termander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slottsbron's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristoffer Termander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Erserman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kristoffer Termander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Henry Erserman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Jönköping's goal looked a bit too open when Kristoffer Termander came free, but Henry Erserman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henning Sikström in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henry Erserman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fredric Glanselius kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Slottsbron's Sonny Söderström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 45 minutes into the match, Jönköping's goal looked a bit too open when Henning Sikström came free, but Henry Erserman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henning Sikström might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henry Erserman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henning Sikström ran back to his position shaking his head. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carl Ödmann made a kick off. The supporters of Jönköping booed when Slottsbron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Browall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Wästerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Örjan Klementsson having to interfere. If Carl Ödmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristoffer Termander who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Henry Erserman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kristoffer Termander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Erserman having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charles Wästerberg in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Örjan Klementsson saved Slottsbron from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Sikström in the 90th minute of play forced Jönköping's goalkeeper Henry Erserman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kristoffer Termander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
