Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carl Ödmann started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Carl Ödmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jönköping's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carl Ödmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Erserman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Simonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th match minute, Jönköping was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Lindsten to maneuver through the defense. Söderåkra were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Jönköping's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ivar Billvall took the corner. Ivar Billvall made a great header on Söderåkra's corner, it was just that Jönköping's Henry Erserman managed to reach the ball for a save. Henry Erserman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Simonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carl Ödmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Olenberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. If Charles Wästerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Carl Ödmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jönköping's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carl Ödmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tage Örtendal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Erserman having to interfere. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jönköping's goalkeeper Henry Erserman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 34 played minutes Söderåkra got a freekick which was hit by Christian Stor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esbjörn Simonsson in the 38th minute of play forced Jönköping's goalkeeper Henry Erserman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Tage Örtendal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Söderåkra's supporters rose to their feet, but Tage Örtendal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Erserman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kent Lindsten hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Tage Örtendal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tage Örtendal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Henry Erserman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Esbjörn Simonsson made the kick off in the second half. Jönköping's Henry Erserman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tage Örtendal in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Esbjörn Simonsson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Jönköping's Henry Erserman. Henry Erserman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Tage Örtendal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Söderåkra's supporters rose to their feet, but Tage Örtendal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Erserman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Jönköping's Carl Ödmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edward Olenberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carl Ödmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Edward Olenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jönköping's Henry Erserman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esbjörn Simonsson in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esbjörn Simonsson in the 76th minute of play forced Jönköping's goalkeeper Henry Erserman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Karl-Michael Törnblom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Henry Erserman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd match minute, Jönköping was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Lindsten to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esbjörn Simonsson in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henry Erserman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edward Olenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Ödmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Tage Örtendal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Henry Erserman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Esbjörn Simonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Erserman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Esbjörn Simonsson went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.
