In the 8th minute Falkenberg IK were awarded a corner. Bertil Siggman went to the cornerflag to take it. Bertil Siggman made a great header on Falkenberg IK's corner, it was just that Rabbalshede BK's Isac Forsell managed to reach the ball for a save. Per-Olof Brun made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Kock in the 14th minute. Falkenberg IK's Per-Olof Brun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Skark in the 15th minute of play. David Kock was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Rabbalshede BK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Johannes Adelsköld managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falkenberg IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Adelsköld was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isac Forsell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Osvald Hellström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Falkenberg IK were furious when Michel Forsberg was red carded, 37 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Falkenberg IK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rabbalshede BK:s goal. The score was 1-0 after a penalty in the 39th minute, where Rabbalshede BK:s Bo Lang tricked Falkenberg IK:s Per-Olof Brun with a difficult ball by the left post. Per-Olof Brun made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Kock in the 43rd minute.

52 minutes into the match, Falkenberg IK's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Skark came free, but Per-Olof Brun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alf Skark in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Olof Brun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Johannes Adelsköld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Forsell having to interfere. If Johannes Adelsköld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alf Skark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Per-Olof Brun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johannes Adelsköld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 70 minutes, Johannes Adelsköld managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falkenberg IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Adelsköld was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Falkenberg IK's zone, David Kock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Olof Brun came out of the goal and David Kock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Johannes Adelsköld succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 80th playminute. Johannes Adelsköld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Isac Forsell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Olof Brun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Skark in the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Falkenberg IK's zone, David Kock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Olof Brun came out of the goal and David Kock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
