Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Mikael Axelsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Nils-Erik Giöck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frans Wiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Örtendahl in the 8th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vännäs FK's zone, Sven-Erik Abrahamsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils-Erik Giöck came out of the goal and Sven-Erik Abrahamsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Oskar Örtendahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th match minute, Vännäs FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Åke Lilja to maneuver through the defense. Oskar Örtendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Frans Wiberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nils-Erik Giöck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Axelsson in the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Erik Abrahamsson in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils-Erik Giöck saved Vännäs FK from getting behind. Vännäs FK's Oskar Örtendahl got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Vännäs FK's Nils-Erik Giöck got control of the ball when Tobias Smedfeldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute, Sven-Erik Abrahamsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils-Erik Giöck was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 48 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Norberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ryssby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vännäs FK the free kick. In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Vännäs FK. Fredrik Collin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Frans Wiberg. 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Olof Tunström to make the kick off. Sven-Arne Pilgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Åke Lilja charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Åke Lilja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Karl-Åke Lilja hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes Ryssby got a freekick which was hit by Ted Törnblom. Frans Wiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Olof Tunström in the 72nd minute of play. Frans Wiberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Olof Tunström in the 84th minute of the match. Sven-Erik Abrahamsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Erik Giöck having to interfere. If Tobias Smedfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Smedfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Nils-Erik Giöck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frans Wiberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oskar Örtendahl in the 97th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mikael Axelsson during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ryssby's Mikael Axelsson got a free kick in the 99th minute.
