Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Thomas Strömberg made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the match, Södra Sandby IK's Pelle Tingberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valdemar Andberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Södra Sandby IK's Kevin Karlberg got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Karlberg in the 11th minute of play forced Älgarås BK's goalkeeper Valdemar Andberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kåre Pihlberg hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the last second Valdemar Andberg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Kevin Karlberg in the 15thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Södra Sandby IK's Valdemar Bennet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Strömberg in the 18th minute of play. Valdemar Andberg made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Pelle Tingberg sent off a good shot on target. Valdemar Andberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin Karlberg in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Jerry Stenström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valdemar Andberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Pelle Tingberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henric Rudberg during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Älgarås BK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Henric Rudberg hit a great ball. Kevin Karlberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Valdemar Andberg 39 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kevin Karlberg made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jerry Stenström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 61 played minutes Älgarås BK got a freekick which was hit by Henric Rudberg. Pelle Tingberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Älgarås BK's zone, Pelle Tingberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdemar Andberg came out of the goal and Pelle Tingberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kevin Karlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Älgarås BK's Valdemar Andberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Tingberg in the 73rd minute of play. When Elias Bryngelsson fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Älgarås BK's protests and gave Elias Bryngelsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Elias Bryngelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Södra Sandby IK's Tony Lundström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Pelle Tingberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Valdemar Andberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Älgarås BK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Kåre Pihlberg hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kevin Karlberg in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valdemar Andberg saved Älgarås BK from getting behind. Thomas Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Bennet having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernt Fagrell during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Älgarås BK booed when Södra Sandby IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Fagrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Södra Sandby IK's zone, Jesper Pååk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdemar Bennet came out of the goal and Jesper Pååk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Älgarås BK's Valdemar Bennet threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Thomas Strömberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Valdemar Bennet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jesper Pååk in the 93rd minute. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Thomas Strömberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Valdemar Bennet to make any attempt to save it. The Södra Sandby IK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Älgarås BK's performance. The match ended with a win for Älgarås BK.
