If Osvald Askelöf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvald Askelöf struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Edvin Pettersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gärsnäs. Mangskog BK's Ulf Sandwall got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Aron Kielberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Börge Norberg, 1-0. Börge Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Ahlerot in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs's Torbjörn Arvidsson got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Ulf Sandwall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Ahlerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kurt Johnsson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Dennis Nilsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Calle Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osvald Askelöf made a kick off. Börge Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Kielberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Edvin Pettersson was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Osvald Askelöf capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Osvald Askelöf really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Fabian Ahlerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulf Sandwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börge Norberg having to interfere. Osvald Askelöf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Pettersson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvald Askelöf in the 69th minute of play forced Mangskog BK's goalkeeper Edvin Pettersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-2 became the score in the 77th minute when Calle Söderström elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 83rd match minute, Mangskog BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Knut Koch to maneuver through the defense. When Calle Söderström came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Gärsnäs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calle Söderström couldn't finish the play. Osvald Askelöf succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulf Sandwall in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Börge Norberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Fabian Ahlerot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Börge Norberg. Gärsnäs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Ahlerot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3.
