Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabian Ahlerot got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Mangskog BK's goalkeeper Edvin Pettersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Bodin. In the 3rd minute, Henry Ståhlman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Manfred Malmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Kvick hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mangskog BK's zone, Victor Bodin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Pettersson came out of the goal and Victor Bodin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manfred Malmberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Edvin Pettersson 11 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, Ulf Sandwall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rune Browall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 minutes, Dag Kalfhage mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mangskog BK and the Hammerdal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Mangskog BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dag Kalfhage to maneuver through the defense. Manfred Malmberg struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Edvin Pettersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hammerdal. In the 26th minute, Ulf Sandwall ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rune Browall was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 39th minute, Kurt Johnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manfred Malmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manfred Malmberg was the one to do the kick off. Manfred Malmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Pettersson having to interfere. Fabian Ahlerot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Hammerdal booed when Mangskog BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Elg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Manfred Malmberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Edvin Pettersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Mangskog BK's zone, Victor Bodin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hammerdal's Victor Bodin got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manfred Malmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Edvin Pettersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Mangskog BK's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Bodin came free, but Edvin Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvin Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markus Bergqvist in the 80th minute of play. Victor Bodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Mangskog BK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Fabian Ahlerot hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Hammerdal failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
